Has anyone linked their site to Delicious?

For those who have, I was wondering whether there is a way to incorporate pre-made tags for my site?

Ok, I just tried to save a site that I was working on that had information in the meta to delicious.

"You're one of the first to bookmark this page, so there are no recommended or popular tags yet."

Was what delicious' message was. So maybe those tags are generated from others who tag and when you save your own site to delicious and tag it that's when those common tags come up...?
