FAQ

Overview: This is our FAQ page. I will ask everyone to contribute to this document by both ASKING and ANSWERING relevant questions about the topics in the class. 

Due: Everyone is responsible for 1 question and 1 answer per week. Due on Mondays.

For each QUESTION, please list the question as the title of the new Post.
Then the ANSWER is placed in the text box. 

When place a question, place 'please help' in the textbox for someone else to answer.

fixing web content so it doesn't move in different browsers

Hi Everyone,
I thought I had this fixed a week ago, but I am having trouble again. When I open my website in different browsers it moves my columns. I have tried fixed and absolute in my CSS and that is not owrking, I am not sure how I made it work last week. Any ideas for anyone who had/has the same problem? It is the last thing I need to get fixed...hopefully! :)

I don't see the option to select IE at Browsershots - http://browsershots.org/. Am I using the wrong address or overlooking something?

IE issues

Graphics

Anyone know how to add graphics to the Web page?  As I was saying when I presented last week, I'd like to include some small graphics of pics that I took or the graphic of the publiction in which one of my stories was published. In the case of the latter, though, I am having trouble reducing the size of the graphic.  If knows how to manipulate the size, do tell.  Thanks!
