I work full-time as an editor for a visitors' guide to Chicago called KEY This Week in Chicago. We're a digest-sized print publication that doesn't currently have an on-line presence. My goal is to create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing, user friendly, interactive website for our company.  

My favorite TV character is Bethenny Frankel from Real Housewives of New York - she's got cojones! Does reality TV count? 

My passions include: Improv shows, theater, running, indie rock, pilates, eating lots of fresh sushi 

What question do you want to have answered by the end of the class: Do I know how to create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing, user friendly, interactive website?

So to answer my question posed on the first day of class, yes, I'm leaving NMS520 with the ability to create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing, user friendly, interactive website. Hip hip, hooray! =)
